When using our service, your student visa is lodged for FREE by our Registered Migration Agent.
To study in Australia longer than 3 months, international students must have a student visa. This visa is based on enrolment to CRICOS registered course and a valid Confirmation of Enrolment from Australian education provider. The visa is issued for the entire duration of intended studies plus 1 month.
When you have enrolled to a course through our agency:
- We prepare your student visa application and advise you of any supporting documents needed.
- Your student visa is lodged by our Registered Migration Agent Jarek Rudnik (MARN: 1277981). Under Australian law only persons with valid registration can offer visa advice or lodge visas on your behalf. Be aware that most educational agencies don’t have Registered Migration Agents and are breaking the law by helping students with visas.
- We assist you with any further queries from Department (if any), e.g complying with Genuine Temporary Entrant (GTE) requirements or proving de-facto relationships.
- Prior to applying for a student visa we discuss your goals and plans regarding your stay in Australia to make sure you don’t miss out on any other visa options or compromise your future choices. STUDENT VISA SERVICE FEES
Generally, when enrolling to course through our agency, there is no additional fee for assistance and lodgement of student visa (by Registered Migration Agent). All you pay is the visa fee set by department (DIBP). The current DIBP visa fees can be found here.
In some circumstances we charge a service fee if we anticipate there will be a lot of additional work. For example de-facto couples that are not married or students who have had their visas cancelled or refused previously. The fees (if any) will be discussed during initial free consultation.
